Account and Admin Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle daily accounting and operation work;
  • Follow up with sales and operation on receivable collection;
  • Inter-company reconciliations and invoices processing;
  • Support month-end closing and reporting;
  • Perform clerical support on administration works;
  • Assist ad-hoc assignment as required

 

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma with LCCI higher level or above;
  • 1 year - 2 years Accounting experience; full-set bookkeeping in trading and manufacturing industry is definitely an advantagemore experience will be considered as Account and Admin Officer
  • Familiar with MYOB is highly preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; good command in English and Mandarin;
  • Good team player, self-initiative and able to meet deadline; strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Immediate available is preferred
