Job Description:

  • Handle Accounting and Administrative tasks
  • Process day to day general accounting duties
  • Liaise with and support with external auditors, insurance agents, legal and tax advisers
  • Assist to prepare financial analysis and financial statements
  • Prepare invoice, project quotation and project logistic arrangement
  • Follow up emails for Director
  • Reply email, prepare correspondence, handle tel calls
  • Provide clerical, secretarial and administrative support to Director
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

  • School Certificate
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in engineering project industry
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive, independent and able to handle multiple tasks
