Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities 

  • Handle daily receipts and payments with reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly accounting reports, breakdown and schedules
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Handle ad hoc assignment

 Requirements

  • DSE / F.7 with LCCI Intermediate or above
  • 1+ years of relevant experience, general insurance experience is preferred
  • Independent, good team player, attention to details, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin a must
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Immediate available is preferred
