Job Duties:

  • Responsible for A/P and petty cash, includes checking of the supplier’s invoices, process payments, bank reconciliation and general ledger preparation & office administration duties
  • Responsible for data entry, posting, voucher preparing and filing
  • Maintain Ledger & related worksheets;
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as needed


  • Diploma/Certificate in Accounting Studies or LCCI Intermediate Level or above
  • 3-years accounting experience;
  • Knowledge in engineering field is an advantage, but not essential;
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivate, well-organized and good team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word processing;
  • Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
  • Willing to work under pressure
