SiS International Ltd. is an IT Distribution company and headquartered in Hong Kong with regional offices in Singapore and Thailand. To cope with our growing business, we are looking for high caliber and aggressive personnel to join our professional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • By responsible for daily accounting functions, accounts receivable and journal entries;
  • Monitor credit limits, chasing overdue balances and handle debt settlements;
  • Assist in weekly AR report, month-end accounting reports;
  • Perform routine accounting payable such as data entry, document filing and preparing vouchers;
  • Handle credit/debit notes and reimbursements;
  • Prepare cheques and telegraphic transfers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or LCCI Higher qualification in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & Word
  • Willing to learn and detail-minded.
  • Handle routine Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
