Account Clerk (5 days)

Job duties:

• Data entry, preparing voucher and daily accounting operations
• Handle in payable & receivable, reports and breakdown schedules
• Maintain up-to-date data in accounting system and filing records
• Prepare/assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and duties as required

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines or above
• 1 year working experience or relevant accounting experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including Excel, Words, and accounting software
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Willing to learn, able to meet deadlines, and with good interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and with can-do attitude
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will be considered
