Job Description

  • Form 5 or above with LCCI Higher Level/Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years solid accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self motivated detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of Cantonese, English, Polite with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Perform routine daily accounting duties (includes billing, issuing invoices, maintain petty cash and filing).
  • Responsible for recording and analysing Account payable and Account receivable.
  • Record and update daily accounting transactions, inventory ledger, and bank reconciliation.
  • Coordinate and handle inter-company recharges and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate the year-end stock take and ensure and accurate inventory records.
