Account Clerk - Part Time


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accounting duties including A/R, invoicing, bank deposit, cheque issuance and petty cash reimbursement
  • Assisting in month-end closing and year-end schedules
  • Participation in short-term / ad-hoc projects for other exposure is possible

Skills and Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary education with LCCI Intermediate
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Responsible, detail-minded, willing to learn and high level of integrity
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently and under pressure
  • A good team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written English & Chinese and PC literate (Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing)
  • Knowledge of Peachtree and other similar accounting software is an advantage
  • Immediate availability preferred
