Account Clerk x 3 / Accountant x 1 (Top urgent - 5 Days)

Our Clients ( 2 Trading & 2 Factory companies ) are URGENTLY looking for suitable candidates for the post of Accountant x 1 / Account Clerk x 1 

Position A : Account Clerk                            
Location    : Kwun Tong x 1 / Tsim Sha Tsui x 1 / Kwai Hing x 1 (5 Days)     

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including AP , AR , cash flow and all accounts ledger 
  • Preparing invoices, issue payment & related documents 
  • Responsible for month end closing including journal vouchers & schedule preparation, bank reconciliation; 

Job Requirement 

  • Higher Diploma or above in accounting / LCC 2nd level or above 
  • 1 - 2 year experience in Trading Background is an advantage 
  • Good command of written & spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and Good in English Responsible, Stable & good communication skills 
  • Tsim Sha Tsui  -  Knowledge in Peachtree account system is advantage 
  • Immediate available or Short notice is preferable

Position B : Accountant                               
Location    : Hung Hom  (5.5 Days alt )  

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts and periodic financial reports 
  • Prepare month-end closing, budget and annual auditing 
  • Conduct regular review of internal procedures to ensure implementation of adequate controls 
  • Other duties and ad hoc assignments as required 

Requirement : 

  • Form 5 or above in Accounting or related discipline 
  • 3 - 5 years hands-on full set accounting in GARMENT FACTORY Experience 
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English 
  • PC Knowledge in SAP Systme , Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Chinese typing skills
  • Immediate available or Short notice is preferable
