Account Clerk

  • Perform daily accounting functions, including journals input, payment, receipts and filling;
  • Undertaking duties such as photocopying, dispatching, filling etc;
  • Perform outdoor assignment such as document delivery, cheque bank-in etc. when necessary;
  • Work closely with other departments;
  • Responsible for daily office administrative support;
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required.



  • Form 5/DSE or above;
  • Experience in handling accounting work is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in MS office with knowledge of accounting software is an advantage;
  • Independent, self-motivated, detail-minded, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Good command of English and Chinese;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
