Responsibilities:

  • Prepare periodic reports to support the company's operations and financial reporting
  • Handle fixed assets count periodically
  • Vendor invoice validation and approval
  • Prepare general voucher
  • Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, strong sense of ownership and able to work with deadlines under pressure
  • Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience in PC software and financial systems (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Oracle)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
