Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily cashier jobs
  • Responsible for bank related matters
  • Handling full set of accounts including data entries, month ended closing and prepare financial statement
  • Handling in-house staff expenses reimbursement claim
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to handle regular and ad-hoc assignments, analysis and report as required
  • Perform daily administration support

Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or above
  • 1 - 3 years of working experience, experience in retail would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in Peachtree accounting software would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently under pressure, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Account Clerk
  • Immediate Available is highly preferred
