Responsibilities

  • Responsible of journal entries, accounts receivable and payables, intercompany balances, month end closing etc.
  • Perform routine accounting functions such as invoice checking, data entry, document filing.
  • Report to Accounting Supervisor
  • Assist in monthly stock takes and other ad-hoc accounting issues
  • General Administration

 

Requirements

  • F.5 or above with LCC II/Higher accounting cert
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in accounting field
  • Familiar with computerized accounting ERP system, Server operating systems
  • Mature, good communications skills, well organized and hard working
  • Responsible, Self-motivated
  • Good command of English
  • Immediate available is an advantage
