Account Clerk

  • Handle day-to-day finance and accounting related duties
  • Assist in account receivable, payable and bank reconciliation
  • Prepare Debit Note, Invoice & Daily Sales report
  • Prepare accounting vouchers
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Support daily operations of Account Department
  • Ad hoc assignments as required by supervisor 


  • Certificate in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2 years accounting experience
  • LCCI Intermediate or above
  • Knowledge in MS Excel & MS Words
  • Ability to handle full set of accounts independently
  • Experience in using SAP system would be an advantage
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
