Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Prepare monthly financial statement
  • Handle bank reconciliation and Inter-company transactions
  • Monitor daily operation in account receivable and debt collection including preparation of client billing statements
  • Monitor daily operation in account payable and reconciliation including all supplier payments
  • Ad hoc accounting projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines 
  • LCC Higher level (Lv. 3) certificate is required
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in auditing and accounting 
    (Retail accounting exp. will be an advantage)
  • Can operate accouting system MYOB is preferable.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office application including Word, Excel & Chinese Word processing
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and flexible 
  • Able to work under pressure
