Responsibilities:

  • Assist accounting manager to handle daily accounting operation
  • experience in Retail industry will be preferable
  • Prepare the monthly and annual closing of financial statement and analysis
  • Maintain accounting ledgers, AR, AP and cashflow
  • Handle daily accounting operations including voucher preparing and inputting;
  • Handle Accounts Payable and cheque preparing;
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Associate degree or above in Accounting/Finance,  LCCI Level 3 will also be considered
  • Experience in handling  full set of accounts and simple consolidation;
  • Fast learner and willing to learn
  • Self-motivated and hard-working 
  • min 2 years related experience
  • knowledge in Accounting system (MYOB), Microsoft Excel and Chinese Word Processing will be preferable
