Job Highlights

  • Handle routine Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable;
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience


  • By responsible for daily accounting functions, accounts receivable, journal entries and data entries;
  • Monitor credit limits;
  • Assist in weekly AR report, month-end accounting reports;
  • Daily perform accounting payable such as data entry, document filing and preparing credit/debit notes;
  • Prepare cheques and telegraphic transfers.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or LCCI Higher qualification in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Familiar with NAV system is an advantage;
  • Willing to learn and detail-minded;
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
