Account Clerk/Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Handle Daily accounting operation,  data input and journal entry, financial reports and inventory control;
  • Handle full set of accounts including Management Report and Cashflow, Budgeting;
  • Calculate Payroll and MPF;
  • Liaise with auditors and external consultants;
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned.


Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in Accounting or business related discipline
  • Over 2 years accounting experience, preferably with retail business experience;
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, POS System and Accounting System e.g. Peachtree, MYOB;
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Detail oriented, initiative, able to work under pressure and meet deadline;
  • 5 days work, casual environment, flexible working hours;
  • Candidates with more experience can be considered as Officer
  • Immediately available is preferred
