An entry-level position, the role involves providing essential support to the account servicing teams

Responsibilities:

  • Daily news monitoring
  • Press release translating, formatting and distributing
  • Reports compilation, including routine ones and project-based ad hoc ones
  • Provision of logistics and on-site support to events, from venue sourcing and negotiation to materials preparation and media reception
  • Media lists update and media call-around
  • General administration activities
     

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in public relations, communications, journalism or related disciplines preferred
  • Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task
  • Proficient with Chinese Word & other Windows applications incl. Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in managing social media public pages would be an advantage
  • Previous work experience preferred but not essential
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
