SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering brand objectives both quantitatively (volume and profit) and qualitatively (visibility, activation, consumer engagement) for the assigned contracted outlets and wholesalers he/she will be assigned to. The incumbent is responsible for sales to assign contracted outlets and to build bespoke promotion plans with each wholesaler enabling to grow distribution and sales in non-contracted outlets.

THE ROLE
Report to the Head of On-Trade, the incumbent will be responsible for delivering brand objectives both quantitatively (volume and profit) and qualitatively (visibility, activation, consumer engagement) for the assigned contracted outlets and wholesalers
Design the right implementation plan of the new commercial strategy: define commercial strategy and brand activation plans that enable to place house of brands at the heart of consumers’ moments of convivialite in the outlets.
Responsible for sales to assigned contracted outlets. Improve the level of partnership with the outlets to have a closer and more direct management of the account
Analyze performance based on purchase by outlets reported directly by the outlet, design and implement brand activation plans and sales promotion plans, optimize investments to improve ROI of the account.
Responsible for sales to wholesalers he /she is assigned to, with the key objective to build bespoke promotion plans with each wholesaler enabling to grow distribution and sales in non-contracted outlets.

REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
Experience in liquor, luxury or FMCG industry is a plus
Good knowledge of MOT and Indian trade
Computer literate Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of spoken and written English
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
Organise and strong result orientation
Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive
Energetic and outgoing personality who enjoys the night life
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
