Account Director (Transaction Management)

A global service provider specialized in real estate is looking for a top talent for the position of Account Director, client based in Hong Kong covering Asia Pacific.


  • Provide day-to-day account management of a contracted Account for all service line delivery across Asia;
  • To ensure a consistent and very high level of service delivery throughout the region;
  • Responsible for implementing the account requirements, and provide a consistent and a high level of support to both regional clients as well as local clients as required;
  • To be the focal point for communication between Global Corporate Services and the country organisations in Asia;
  • Ensure a consistent high quality level of service delivery is presented to the clients across all country organisations;
  • Provide input into the strategy and its implementation into the corporate advisory service business in the region;
  • Manage the relationship of our client’s countries in Asia and our multi-national clients, both new and existing;
  • Play a key role of the interface between the implementation of the transactions performed by the client’s country teams and their client;
  • Define the best communication channel and the ideal source of information for the project management activity;
  • Support the Facilities Management teams during the business development cycle and participates in pitches and presentations to the client;
  • Provide strategic input into the operations and the constant improvement of the service provided at the Regional and local level; and
  • Develop and generate business across all lines of business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Business or related discipline;
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in brokerage or Account Management focused on corporate client accounts;
  • Good understanding of experience in real estate and leasing in the commercial field;
  • Strong management, analytical and presentation skills, with excellent communication and organization skill;
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents;
  • Good team player, highly pro-active and with strong initiative;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and/or Chinese; and
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
