Responsibilities

  • To develop new business opportunities and maintain good relationship with existing customers;
  • Work with different internal and external parties to arrange production and ensure on-time goods delivery;
  • Prompt to reply customers’ enquiries through e-mail
  • Handle customers’ enquiries in a professional manner;
  • To Coordinate with internal departments on order follow up;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with people of all levels;
  • Handle enquiries from customers such as order status, delivery schedule, product information, etc;
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned;

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service or account management;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, power point & Chinese word processing & Outlook;
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Sketchup and technical details, Photoshop and related computer software is advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Candidate with relevant experience in events management, mass media or retail design experience is highly preferred;
  • Willing to work overtime;
  • Willing to travel;
  • Immediate available is preferred
