Account Executive / Customer Services Executive

Role

  • Daily communication with customers to follow up on jobs in progress & learn to provide professional solutions;
  • Supports the Sales & Marketing team and liaises with different departments;
  • Responsible for order processing, follow-up and ordination with production department and logistics to ensure timely delivery of completed works.


Requirements

  • F.7 or above, good communication skills in English & Chinese;
  • 2-3 years relevant working experience;
  • Well manner and attention to details;
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Power Point and Word Processing;
  • Knowledge on Adobe graphic software an advantage;
  • Able to work under pressure & overtime in a very energetic environment;
