Account Executive, Leisure & Corporate Travel

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries by phone and provide travel advice on air tickets, hotels, tour packages and other travel related issues.
  • Give professional and value-added travel advice to clients bearing in mind the client's needs and interests.
  • Prepare travel itinerary, proposal and necessary arrangements in an efficient, accurate and professional manner.
  • Make travel, accommodation and related bookings.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality or Tourism.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience or above in handling FIT/Leisure and Corporate Travel.
  • Sound knowledge in destinations and leisure products
  • Self motivated, hard working, posses a positive attitude, and can work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, customer relationship management and able to work independently.
  • Stronger computer (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and internet skills.
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
