Account Executive/ Senior Accounts Manager (E-Learning Solutions)

Job Overview

We’re searching for high-energy and passionate Account Executive / Senior Accounts manager who can recognize opportunities and turn them into long-lasting partnership with our prospects in education industry. Account executive will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs and recommend suitable solutions that maximize benefit for both. Account executive may also assist in organizing marketing events and developing sales strategies. A right candidate should be a committed, adaptable and knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Reaching out to prospects
• Following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Presenting and demonstrating the value of solutions to prospects
• Conducting schools visits to collect clients feedback
• Participating and organising marketing events
• Providing support for clients to ensure the solutions work
• Handling complaints and negotiations

Requirements

• Experience in sales and marketing or education is preferable
• Passion in achieving targets and goals
• Strong teamwork player and multi-tasker
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills
