ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Working Location: Airport)

The ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE is mainly seconded to the client’s (airline) operating office, aimed to assist the client’s manager-in-charge on administrative matters and completing the final delivery processes of merchandises to the client by the company. The job holder also needs to contribute and support other purchasing activities in the department, as required.



  • To support the smooth operation of the team, work activities include but not limited to:
    • Follow the instructions and work requirements as set by the client’s assigned manager-in-charge in the client’s office such as handling for crew discrepancy cases, after-sales cases, home delivery cases & crew incentive, assist for staff sales, cart-trial & mobile app.
    • Update the client’s manager on the delivery processes, whenever required.
    • Provide any administration support at the client’s office, whenever required, including maintaining updated files of all records and correspondences.
    • Report operational issues to the client’s manager on ad hoc and regular basis.
  • Ethics and Fraud prevention - Exhibit the highest level of ethics in conducting the business transactions and relations with the client, all employees and vendors, etc. Report any irregular behavior and/or occurrence to the Manager immediately.
  • Closely liaise with different departments on the delivery schedules and on any other matter of significance. Report to the company on any issues, special requests, complaints from internal and/or external customers.
  • Work as a team player, be flexibly responsive to assist on any ad hoc or other duties, as assigned.



  • At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in logistics or inventory coordination.
  • Experience in a cross-cultural multinational organization is preferred.
  • Previous experience in luxury goods retailing industry can be considered.


  • High Certificate / Diploma or tertiary education in Business Administration, Purchasing Management, Public Administration or related discipline.

Skills / Competencies

  • knowledge in IPOSS will be advantage.
  • Knowledge of purchasing principles and procedures, inventory arrangement.
  • Good interpersonal skills in proactively communicating with others and building rapport.
  • General personal attributes such as hardworking, independent, responsible and accountable, organized, efficient, timely, positive, self motivating, work under pressure are expected.
  • Ability to keep and organize complete records and reports.
  • Be open minded and stay abreast of all updated relevant market information.
  • Possess professional maturity, coupled with high ethical standards.
  • Good PC literacy required i.e. hands-on experience of word processing (Microsoft Office).
  • Acceptable English and Cantonese for both verbal and written communication, Putonghua is also preferred.
