Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales and people management for assigned POS in order to achieve sales targets and ensure the excellence of the floor operations.
  • Perform sales and inventory analysis; Ensure effective and sufficient stock allocation and replenishment.
  • Provide counseling, coaching, training and motivating the retail sales staff at shops. Optimize staffing and talent management.
  • Provide sales administration work for supporting the team.

Requirements

  • Degree Holder preferred.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Sound PC knowledge in MS Office.
  • 1-2 years working experience preferred in retail industry.
