Our Account Executive / Account Manager suits somebody who is customer-centric, mature and with strong relationship building, consultative and communication skills. The role focuses on identifying the needs of our key business customers i.e. restaurants and hotel groups, developing a rapport with them and following up incoming sales lead.

In order to acquire more restaurants and retain existing business customers, this role will spend the majority of their time engaging , and managing, new and existing restaurant partners. You will need to be consultative in your approach and be their point of contact when issues arise. You should also be seen as their trusted advisor.

Ideal candidates should have a background in customer service, consulting or similar account management/product sales roles.


  • Follow up incoming sales lead and be consultative in solving their pain-points
  • Manage existing restaurant partner relationships, strengthen relationships, cross-sell and up-sell Chope's products that fit their needs
  • Develop market intelligence and insights regarding who's who and latest development in the F&B industry such as new restaurant opening, closure and key personnel movement
  • Attend key industry events and network with key influencers in the industry
  • Renew contract and negotiate terms and pricing with assigned partners
  • Manage client's expectation and be able to articulate their requirements back to operation and marketing teams
  • Execute other initiatives as assigned by Head of Account Management / General Manager

Skills, Experience & Traits

  • At least 2 years of experience in account servicing or consultant type role. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Account Manager.
  • Able to communicate fluently and professionally in Cantonese and English
  • Skilled in building strategic business relationships
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, professional and mature
  • Able to persuade and negotiate with strong business acumen
  • While not required, the following skills/experience will be favourably considered
  • Passionate about food or lifestyle
  • Have an existing network of contacts in the food and beverage industry
