We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Account Management Executive to join our fun, professional and dedicated pandamall Department based here in Hong Kong. Our pandamall Department oversees the end-to-end grocery and retail partners’ operations and businesses, from partners identification & signing to onboarding & account management. The pandamall Strategic Partnerships Department focuses on creating premium experiences for foodpanda's top tier grocery and retail partners. We own the growth and development of these partnerships, striving to achieve and expand our win-win relationship to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.

What will you do?

  • Represent foodpanda as an ambassador, develop a trusted advisor relationship with new & existing key retail/FMCG brands, act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partner vendors
  • Work with our strategic accounts to develop their online strategy and operations to maximize their earnings from foodpanda
  • Understand the issues and pain points facing our strategic accounts and researching and executing scalable solutions
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner vendors’ needs and objectives
  • Coordinate all organizational project matters and manage all daily project management issues
  • To liaise with internal departments, collect and consolidate users’ requirements and coordinate with the service provider to fulfil company’s needs

What do you need to be?

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an operational sales or account management role, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and draw inference from data
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partner vendors’ needs
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
  • Knowledge in Chinese Word Processing is mandatory
  • Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred
