Account Management Officer (Contract), Business Operations Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle client onboarding and new account opening
• Handle on-going Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review
• Perform Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and PEP checking
• Perform account documentation checking for new account opening and existing accounts
• Handle and Process Client information
• Handle general clerical duties and provide daily administrative support
• Assist to prepare statistical reports
• Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Business, Banking, Economics  or related subjects
• Minimum 1-2 year’s relevant experience
• Good sense and experience on CDD, KYC & AML requirements, procedures and approaches
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel and Chinese processing
• Attentive to details, patient and strong responsibility
• A team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
