Drive sales target by negotiate with key account clients on business terms and sales plan
Develop a solid and trustful relationship with key account clients and new potential productive accounts through personal visits, phone calls and written correspondence
Conduct client meetings as well as planning and coordinating site introduction tours and inspections
Develop and maintain contact with business generators (Corporate)
Entertains prospective local clients and overseas visitors to maintain close working relationships
Establishes frequency of service calls to ensures that Corporate accounts are made aware of the current hotel activities and Identify potential business opportunity to maximize sales and profit
depending on the potential productivity of each account
Responsible for planning, coordination, and executing promotional activities to achieve sales target
Consolidate and review business reports, presentations, proposals and client agreement
Represents the hotel in trade and travel organizations and other social functions or overseas sales trips as assigned
Be proactive and responsible for the follow up of new sales leads to enhance guest experience
Provide feedback to management on changing market conditions, including competition and market trends
Oversee all aspects of the Corporate, Long Stay and Corporate MICE business segments
Diploma graduate or above in hospitality management or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years hotel experience.
Proactive, well organized, presentable with sales-oriented personality.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
Proficiency in PC operation.
