• Responsible for serving Company’s clients to achieve sales target by selling IT services
• Build long term relationship with clients
• Formulate proactive sales strategy and total solution selling approach to uphold price premium
• Liaise with internal counterparts for key clients’ project(s) to attain high customer satisfaction
• Proactively identifying new business opportunities
• 4 years of B2B experience in any industry
• You are an effective communicator with the ability to interact with customers and experience in customer facing role
• You have IT, retail, restaurant, sales or customer support experience
• You can read and analyse data and have used excel
• You can quickly and efficiently troubleshoot problems
• You are self-motivated and a great team player
