What awaits you …

  • Explore and develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients to achieve company’s financial objectives
  • Drive and lead multiple projects/events from initial concept to final delivery to meet clients’ objectives and needs
  • Manage new client engagement from initial client contact, to defining scope of work, preparing proposals, negotiating fees, and recommending staffing structure to support new business initiatives
  • Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery
  • Deliver events on time, and manage project budget, that meet and hopefully exceed expectations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery
  • Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project
  • Manage supplier/vendor relationships
  • Conduct on-site inspections of each project/event

What you should bring with you …

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder, preferable in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Event & Exhibition Management, Public Relations and other related fields
  • Min 5 years of sales, account servicing or client management experience in fields related to Exhibition contraction, Events production or related industry for Account Manager role
  • Min 1 year of account servicing experience in related fields for Account Executive role
  • Proven track record in developing business relationships with all level of clients
  • Proven project reference in contributing creative strategies and development
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and be able to handle crisis with appropriate solutions
  • Full understanding of pitch process, flow and delivery of events projects in international standards
  • Strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent team player, friendly and easygoing with good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work over time or during weekends or public holidays if required
  • Business trip is required occasionally
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager for Account Manager applicants
