Account Manager - Cloud Biz

This is an advisor role responsible for business development and customer relationship management baring financial targets. The position will report directly to the Business Development Director and the holder should be able to understand customer IT outsourcing requirements, and offer cloud services & solutions benefiting customer’s efficiency and profitability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Advise corporate customer to pick the right cloud solution meeting their needs
  • Regular review and update with customer to ensure customer success in their cloud journey
  • Develop, record, accurately forecast and report pipeline for attaining revenue and profit targets
  • Work with Cloud Solution consultants to design cloud services and solutions to meet customer specific needs
  • Assist in and actively support marketing activities such as seminar, event, roadshow, training and webinar
  • Team play with operation and service teams to look after existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and customer success

We are looking for:

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • 1-2 years working experience in corporate B2B business, and strong proven sales or consulting background is a plus
  • Basic Knowledge or concept in Cloud solution such as Office 365 and Azure, Cloud backup and security solution and Managed service is an advantage
  • Interested in developing your career in fast growing Cloud industry becoming a professional
  • Passionate, aggressive, agile, self-disciplined, strong planning and eager to success in being a trusted advisor
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
