Job Summary:  

This is a duel role. Firstly, the Account Manager role is the commercial coordinator for a key regional account(s). The role will manage the relationship between different stakeholders, both internal and external, during the entire business development (projects, tenders, etc.) and contract management processes.

The Commercial Analyst role is an internal role. Leading the internal process for selected tenders and pre-emptive projects ensuring they are managed properly, according to governance and delivered on time.

Both roles report to Regional Vice President

Main Duties and Responsibilities:  

Account Manager

  • Co-ordinate all incoming inquiries for the key account(s)
  • Manage the day to day running of the account.
  • Create, send and follow up on quotations / commercial opportunities
  • Coordinate commercial sampling
  • Introduction management for new business: -> coordinate calls/meetings, lead the action points and follow up with all stakeholders to meet introduction expectations
  • Handle product complaints including customer communication and coordination with internal quality department and other stakeholders
  • Occasional travel for customer visits, sales meetings
  • Motivate and inspire the internal stakeholders to continuously improve and deliver the customer requirements

Commercial Project Analyst

  • For projects / tenders work with sales collect all relevant information (pricing / logistics ) for internal review / sign-off
  • Analyse, and where needed challenging pricing data to ensure have the best product at the best price
  • Drafting deal proposal with Sales
  • Completing and submitting full deal proposal, inclusive of samples, with challenging deadlines
  • Responsible for contract management
  • Responsible for creating P+L’s for specific projects which will be used as part of internal sign-off
  • Creating the quotations

Job Description

  • Driving the internal process and stakeholders towards a successful sign-off
  • Create and manage internal processes (RFQ, full P&L assembly)
  • Manage approval process according to Gategroup AM (authority matrix)  

Qualifications

 Education:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree (e.g. Marketing, Economics or Communications)

 Work Experience:

  • Min. 2-3 years working experience in a commercial role
  • Proven customer account management
  • Solid financial insight is required 
  • Project Management experience

  • ERP systems like Triton, Magic, SAP

Language / Communication Skills:

  • English

  • Mandarin
