Account Manager (General Insurance)

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional broking service to an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts
• Retain and grow the business of the portfolio assigned
• Provide customer service and handle customer enquiries in policy administration and insurance programme
• Responsible for the negotiation, implementation, placement and administration of client's insurance programs
• Contribute to relationship building, marketing initiatives, revenue growth and exploration of new business
• Assist the team to achieve of budget / profit plan
• Conduct presentation, meetings and surveys with clients and underwriters
• Provide technical guidance to other members of the team
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or above preferably in Insurance or any related discipline
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in a broking firm or an insurance company is a must 
• Good  planning, organization and problem solving skills
• Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent and customer-oriented
• Sound presentation and negotiation skills
• Good communication skill with proficiency in both spoken English and Chinese  
• More experience will be considered as Senior Account Manager
