Key responsibilities as follow:
l Be a “360 degree" point-of-contact liaison between client and internal teams—understanding and balancing clients’ needs and requests against internal risk controls, policies and operational requirements.
l Update client on a daily basis regarding all account-related information and developments.
l Perform on-going client account cultivation and development to increase revenue potential.
l Maintain high-degree of client satisfaction and high-rate of client contract renewals.
l Develop referrals and leads from client relationships, to pass on to sales team.
l Engage in problem solving, and proactively introduce solutions to clients.
l Familiar with the whole process of foreign trade, especially import/export shipping documents.
l Maintain effective communication with clients; establish long-term, stable relations of cooperation with clients and Tradewind global offices.
l Other assignments as required.
l Bachelor degree or above, prefer degree in Economic / Financial / International Trade / Business Administration.
l Minimum 8 years' working experiences. At least 5 years working experience in international trading company or bank or financial or insurance company.
l Well versed in trading ordinance and related regulatory requirements.
l Experience in foreign trade documents operation or freight operation is a plus.
l Must be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, with strong general business acumen.
l Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
