Responsible for sales activities and long term relationship management for specified accounts
Achieve sales targets and close business on an ongoing basis to meet booking objectives
Develop sales leads through building and managing customer relationships within the new and existing customer base
Manage existing customers to promote OBS jobs opportunity
Develop businesses opportunities through personal selling to targeted existing and new accounts and participate in sales capture teams on targeted projects, to maximize Honeywell's market penetration and value capture in Honeywell Building Solutions business
Aggressively deploy new OBS offering
1 years or above years experience in cooperate sales in any industry
Keen to learn about the industry
Good Knowledge on automation & control applications and IT system knowledge
Well developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment
Good interpersonal and presentation skill
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Self-motivated and have ability to work independently
A good team player
