Account Manager - IT Solutions

The Job:

  • To provide professional advices on total IT solutions (including hardware, software, infrastructures & solutions) to our existing and new potential customers
  • Responsible for tender submission, evaluation and cost estimation
  • Work closely with Marketing and Business Development and Technical Services teams to identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and business results
  • Ensure a professional sales strategy to maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Proactively visit customers and conduct strategic account reviews

The Person:

  • Degree holder in Business, IT or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ sales experience, preferably from IT, Telecom industry
  • Strong products knowledge on hardware (e.g. PC, switches, routers, servers & DC) and solutions (e.g. applications, storage, networks, virtualization)
  • Possess good knowledge and market intelligence in IT solutions
  • Strong tendering management experience
  • Proven sales revenue record with excellent account management skill
  • Excellent verbal (English, Cantonese) and written communication skills, fair mandarin.
  • Strong pitching and influential skill
  • Customer-oriented and as a team player
  • Proficient PC skills
