What you will experience

As the Account Manager in Pension Sales team, you will prospect, sell and service MPF and/or ORSO Retirement Plan to meet standards and business objectives.

You will support the Team Leader to solicit new pension business through AXA Agency channels and achieve the company’s sales target, to develop and deliver pension product training; handle enquiries through pre-sales help desk service; and engage the agency through agency roadshow and tailor-made training workshop.

The Account Manager will promote among the agency to increase the number of MPF licensees; proactively make follow up calls to encourage non-licensee to get MPF licensee; and join new agents’ orientation to promote the benefits of getting MPF licensee. You will also work collaboratively with the Sales Support, Pension Operations and Relations Management Team to ensure a smooth take-on of new pension clients.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Join the agents for client meetings
  • Design & execute sales campaigns & activities to boost up MPF sales
  • Prepare presentation deck & analyze sales figures for management and business partners
  • Assist to coordinate and participate into all kinds of sales & marketing activities such as seminars, conferences and promotional events
  • Provide assistance in the post-sale administrative, enrollment, and customer service support
  • Comply with regulatory and licensing requirements, internal policies and guidelines

​Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies

The Account Manager requires minimum 3 years sales experience, especially in MPF employer scheme sales.  Strong selling and presentation skills, a mature mindset with proactiveness will be critical to success.

Other skills, experience and competencies include:

  • University graduate or equivalent
  • Licensed holder of MPFA is a must; while SFC license is preferred
  • Supervisory experience in insurance or pension related industry is highly preferred
  • An outgoing personality
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including spoken & written English and Chinese
