We are looking for a high caliber with strong industry contacts to join our Fun lab in Hong Kong for business development. The right person will be responsible for managing sales activities. He/She requires excellent relationship building skills, a strong intellect, and demonstrated closing skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth through new business generation
  • Retain and grow revenue from existing business
  • Manage channel partners and distributors for additional revenue
  • Act as a mentor for less experienced team members
  • Work closely with other service and sales professional who demonstrate expertise, intelligence, integrity and creativity
  • Work independently but enjoy consistent collaboration - leveraging emerging social/local/mobile approaches
  • Create and develop innovative solutions to complex and difficult customer challenges
  • Gain fulfillment from helping customers improve their bottom lines
  • Learn new methods and use new tools that increase your personal competence
     

Requirements:

  • University graduate; preferably in marketing or business studies;
  • Min 5 years solid and proven account servicing experience in a Sales Professional Role (less experienced candidate will be considerate as Account Executive)
  • Experience managing a sales territory;
  • Social prospecting experience;
  • Effective product, segment and solution selling knowledge;
  • Relevant experience in the areas of digital content, interactive media, event marketing or other related fields are a plus;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Customer-oriented, result-driven and self-disciplined;
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
