Account Manager

Job Description

  • Prepare cash flow analysis, perform forecast, budget review and control. Identify and implement ongoing process improvement and manage cost efficiencies for the group
  • Guide the daily operation of the group account, be responsible for preparation of group consolidatedstatement and the appended note, compare and analyze the corresponding period and budget data
  • Be familiar with the operation of the group's business,provide professional advice on daily accounts processing of affiliated companies and practical solutions to the top management. Regularly summarize and report the financial statement of each affiliated companiesand continuously improve the quality of financial information
  • Organize and coordinate the annual external audits, review the major audit adjustment draft and compare the differences for combined statements, and continue to improve the accuracy and completeness of the group consolidated statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing, prepare the In House Management Account quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial report to the top management for decision-making or major investment
  • Assist in company’s statutory accounts and tax computation in accordance with statutory requirement and tax rules
  • Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the group. Ensure full compliance with the statutory requirements e.g. statutorily filing
  • Liaise with different parties such as department head, bankers, tax department and other professional parties
  • Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties when required



  • Preferably university graduated in Finance or Accounting; or finalist of HKICPA Qualification Program, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, experience in construction field is a must
  • Mature, self-motivated, detailed minded and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience in MYOB or QuickBooks is an advantage
