Account Manager

The candidate will be responsible to the followings:

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for providing post-sale service management for VIP Customers
  • To act as an escalation contact point to customers on post-sale service issues (such as critical fault or major provisioning, etc…)
  • To establish and maintain a good working relationship with customer, internal and external parties
  • To provide network performance analysis and improvement suggestions for business opportunities

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines with 3 years’ working experience in telecommunications or services industry
  • Holder of professional certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, PMP will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills on services
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
