Account Manager

The position holder will be responsible for building long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. He / She will report to the Strategic Account Director and will be expected to respond for the following job duties. 

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit and grow sales.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions per customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

 

To qualify for the position you should meet the following pre requisites:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Chemistry or related discipline
  • At least 3 years' experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in Chemical or Manufacturing industry in China
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at the same time
  • Knowledge of Printed Circuit Board printed (PCB) industry and manufacturing process
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English
  • Willing frequently travel to China
