Account Manager

  • Primary interface with assigned customer(s) on all Account Management, Marketing, Sales, and other related customer satisfaction fronts.
  • Network with senior internal and external personnel, representing organization as a prime contact on projects and in-service issue resolution.
  • Support the Region marketing organizations with Customer Satisfaction management by providing customers with a quality experience, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Coordinate with other departments, primarily Engineering, Field Engineering, Program Management and Maintenance Services where applicable to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work hands on in the assembly and creation of proposals, compliance matrices technical summaries, PowerPoints and other marketing support materials.
  • Understand the customer on-going business objectives, goals, and needs, then develop and execute account management strategies, sales and marketing plans toward meeting these needs.
  • Regular account strategy, status, and performance update to Region Management.
  • Proactively seek ways to improve workflow and processes, including identification of better ways to provide value-added customer service.
  • Institute and manage the marketing and sales processes, and marketing and sales operations for HKG territory of the China Region
  • Support other Regional and Corporate Marketing and Product initiatives
  • Any other assigned duties and projects


  • Degree/ diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with 8 years working experience, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position
  • Possess commercial experience with products that require strategic solution and marketing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organization and presentation skills
  • A team player with excellent customer-relationship building skills
  • Adaptable, resilient, diligent and self-motivated, with a passion and willingness to learn as well as to drive tasks/assignments to success
  • Mature, pleasant and responsible disposition
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company info
  • Prior work experience in the commercial departments of airline, aviation or IFEC avionics industry preferred
  • Willingness to travel frequently, if required
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
