Account Manager
K ey responsibilit ies:
- Manage all briefs submitted by the ASL Account Management team. Analyse, action any queries and provide clear instructions to the ASL Merchandising team & appropriate sources as required.
- Prepare quotations for the ASL Account Management team. Calculate full pricing including shipping charges to final destination
- Support and manage sampling process as and when required. This could include material swatch samples or initial samples, PP samples or Production samples
- Manage critical patch of all projects to ensure all elements of the production, QA and shipping process are followed
- Maintain up-to-date records and the status for accurate records for sales reports and statistics
- Provide additional information as and when required (Innovation, adhoc project requests, etc…)
- Work with the other Execs in the team and the wider Sale Support team regarding workloads and key applicable projects
The Person:
- Experience in the promotional goods / print industry of at least 5 years
- Experience in Travel Retail or other clients handling and managing would be an advantage
- Experience in POS would also be an advantage
- To have a strong team attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- First class, effective organisational skills
- A pro-active approach to managing projects
- Experience of working as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
- A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
- The confidence to give clients trust in your work
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly power point and excel
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Good time-management skills
