Key Responsibilities

  • Should see himself/herself as a partner to our customers.
  • Maintaining account strategies to drive adoption of products and services.
  • Establish and lead teams of internal and external resources to identify, pursue, and close specific opportunities.
  • Maintain and manage close relationships with distributor in assigned countries as well as with external partners.
  • Achieve annual strategic imperatives by generating sales and revenue to achieve Business Unit targets.
  • Detailed account management and business planning - ensure business driving activities are in line with the Group targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to grow business and product portfolio in line with customer and patient needs.
  • Attend monthly distributor meetings to feed the manufacturing operation for operation and distribution planning.
  • Analyze the sales records.
  • Reporting of KPIs.
  • Marketing, work with external marketing agency and internal parties on marketing campaigns with a focus on customer experience
  • Review and propose emerging digital platforms to enhance business opportunity and customer experience.
  • Measure, manage and report on the customer feedback and work with the team to ensure customer service excellence is delivered consistently
  • Promote products at industry conferences and exhibits online and offline.
  • Continuously work to identify possible business development opportunities to contribute to growing the GA Group business.

Education and Experience required

  • Degree holder in Business Management or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within an exporting medical device sales role.
  • Account management experience and effective selling/communication skills, including key account and business planning, forecasts, account analysis and performance measurement.
  • Demonstrable record of target achievement
  • Proficient user of IT systems – MS Office suite, CRM system
  • Target driven and customer focused
  • Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
