We are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join our Commercial team as “Account Manager".
In this role, you will:
Be the Account Single point of contact – deals directly with the customer on all issues
Monitor and track all changes and notifies the relevant parties of the specifics
Coordinate all projects relating to customers
Manage the proper and timely investigation of all Customer Compliments and Complaints.
Follow up of customers’ feedback (comments, compliments and complaints) and secure that irregularity(ies) are rectified and preventive measures are taken to avoid reoccurrence. Customers shall be informed accordingly, securing customers’ satisfaction and consent whenever possible.
Needs to hold Pre- and Post-presentation/audit meetings with concerned departments, so as to ensure preparedness
Be responsible to communicate with all local process owners as well as the Business Support team of all requirements that are received from the customer
Ensure that all processes and procedures related to specific flights are completed, quality standards are met, and additional revenue opportunities documented on invoice.
Manage any claims, follow up on any payment due by customers
Coordinate all Menu Presentations
Conduct meal tastings on behalf of the customer and send update reports
Conducts audits, such as pre-flight checks, on board audits on behalf of the customer
Monitor monthly economic KPI’s and analyze deviations to identify the drivers and escalate to the Commercial Manager
Follow up the account performance process (penalties, bonuses, invoicing)
Coordinate and update all data into the ERP
Coordinate the tender process ensuring timelines are met and all information is promulgated to the respective departments
Ensure the accuracy of all costing and pricing
Conduct regular Cost vs Actual Price reviews, Market Research and Market Intelligence

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Degree holder in Hospitality or Business Management or related disciplines
At least 5 Years’ experience in either Customer Service or Sales, preferably with hotel, airline or catering experience
Experience in either Customer Service/Flight Operations
Knowledge of menu development, food quality and hygiene awareness
Good pricing and costing experience; Hands-on skills with figures
Independent, self-motivated and proactive
Service-minded and customer-focused
Accurate, attention to administrative details
Able to cope with different cultures
Perform well under pressure/stress
Be committed – strive for constant improvement
Has a passion in service industry
Excellent command of written and spoken English and local language
Other languages spoken of advantage
Proficiency in MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc
