  • Maintenance of Client database and creation of new accounts
  • Checking, recognition and reconciliation of all payments received from clients on a daily basis
  • Preparation of regular AR collection reports
  • Prepare journal entries for SUN accounting system
  • Analysis of transactions on request
  • Support the Credit Control officers in their task
  • Participate in internal and year end external audit (year-end, interim, hard close), and system development
  • Handle clerical, filing and ad hoc tasks and reports as may be assigned from time to time


  • HKDSE or above with LCC intermediate certificate / Diploma / High Diploma or higher professional qualification
  • Minimum of 1 year accounting working experience preferred but fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Responsible, hardworking, high initiative, motivated and willing to learn
  • Detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule and deadlines
  • Responsible, flexible to take up new tasks assigned, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Sun Accounting system will be a plus)
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese. Mandarin will also be appreciated
  • Immediately available is preferred
