Account / Sales Manager (Digital Advertising) (Ref. No.: 22325)

Our client, a digital marketing company in Hong Kong, is currently looking for a high caliber to join with their expanding team.


  • Managing and developing existing and new accounts to maximize the revenue.
  • Sell digital and native ad marketing products and services, plan online marketing campaign to clients.
  • Prospect, identify and execute new sales opportunities.
  • Create and manage strategic agency and agency holding company partnerships with the goal of seeing increased spending.
  • Serve as the client's primary point of contact for the program and deliver timely custom program reports.
  • Conduct constant agency education.
  • Build strong relationships to maintain outstanding customer satisfaction and retention.


  • University graduate preferably in a business discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working at a media agency or publisher managing a brands digital advertising strategy and buying activities.
  • Demonstrates organizational, planning, and execution skills.  Follows established processes and understands the importance of them.
  • Strong business acumen & analytical skills.
  • Seeks accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
  • Aggressive and determined to meet sales & other business targets.
  • Must be self - motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively through verbal, written, and non - verbal methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with client interfacing role.
  • Professional, polite and respectful.
  • Good presentation & communication skills in both English & Chinese.  Mandarin an advantage.
